$500 + $60 NL
Just call Ibrahim Khaled (Jersey City, NJ) a wild and crazy guy. After his bluff with 6 2 doesn't work preflop, he goes with plan B to win a big pot.
The board is 6 7 8 rainbow, and Khaled makes a c-bet for 10k. A tight player, who the table says was playing pretty solidly, moves all-in for 30k more. Khaled snap calls with bottom pair and it's a virtual coin flip as the player at risk has J 9 and an open ended straight draw.
The turn and river are bricks and Khaled's stacking 100k in chips, "I'm not going anywhere," he says. "I've got chips in. So what if I'm out, I'll go play cash," he adds, while explaining to the table his rationale.
The rest of the table is amazed and continues to make comments like:
"He didn't call, he snap called."
"Not just bottom pair, but six-deuce."
"Sick read, or crazy man."
Level 8 (400/800/75 ante) is winding down.
