Often times in poker it's better to be lucky than good, something Dao Bui (Washington, D.C.) finds out the hard way. Bui shoves 400k with pocket 10s, but unfortunately for her Kenneth Jacoby isn't aware of the play and says, "raise," which commits him to the pot.

Jacoby tables A 7 and gets a generous A A K flop. The turn brings a 7 to seal the deal with a full house, and just to rub some salt into Bui's wound, the river is a 10 to give her a smaller boat.

Jacoby's quick to apologize and says, "I would've never called if I had known."

Bui's disappointed, but keeps things in perspective, "it's frustrating, but oh well," she says, while picking up $2,710 for 8th place. "I just wish the 7 wouldn't have come on the turn," she says, "I would've had it."
