Q-6 Is So Bad It Doesn't Have A Nickname

$300 + $50 NLH

Larry Gold (Farmingdale, NY) & Mark Magnotta (New Egypt, NJ)

Would you risk your tournament with only Q-6? Okay, suited Q-6?

Larry Gold (Farmingdale, NY) and Mark Magnotta (New Egypt, NJ) did and are now laughing about it.

The flop was 6-6-8. Larry bets and Mark calls.

Turn was a Q. Larry checks, Mark raises, Larry re-raises, Mark calls.

Brick on the river. Larry jams and Mark insta-calls.

Both guys table Q-6 for the same boat and a chopped pot.

Big Blog Fan, Larry Gold plays every Borgata Poker Open and wanted to get in a couple events before flying out next week to the WSOP.

His stack currently stands around 40,000 tall.

"The funny thing is we both raised pre-flop out of position with the Q-6. Mine was suited so I guess that makes me less of a DONK", said Larry.
