$300 + $50 NLH
So I'm walking around all the Summer Open tables, panning for gold, looking for a big hand or a tasty poker nugget and I decide to check in on the table that had four sets of quads yesterday.
The first hand I watch and report is between Nolan Mazur (Long Island, NY) and Frankie "Funerals" Cieri (Yonkers, NY).
Blinds are 100 / 200 and the pot is bet up to 4,000.
Board reveals 7♣ A♠ 10♠ 9♦ 10♥.
Nolan bets the river - Frankie tables J♠ Q♠ folds and says, "missed my straight flush draw". Nolan returns the gesture and shows 10 ♦ 10♣ for quads.
Both gentleman from NY share a laugh.
Looks like Frankie's not giving out any funerals this time.
Can this table dish out quads or what?
