In a three-way pre-flop all-in, Alice Lee was ahead with pocket Aces, seat 5 held pocket 5s and was the shortest stack, and seat 10 held AK suited and was the biggest stack. The board ran out completely dry and seat 5 was busted. Alice nearly tripled up to ~16k.
It didn't last long, however. A few hands later, Crystal Davidson moved all-in on a flop of J 8 2. Alice looked her up with QJ for top pair. Crystal held J2 for two pair and the lead. The last two came 6 A and Crystal doubled up to ~14k.
All three of the notable players I mentioned around the first break, Nancy McLaughlin, Jennifer Keys, and Rosa Lee Klaneski, are gone.
