Knowing your opponent helps Mark Vogler (Deer Park, NY) take down a nice pot, pushing his stack to 64k.
"I played with him last night," says Vogler, who sets up his man with pocket aces from the big blind. "I knew if it looked like I was making a move I could trap him."
After two players call a preflop raise, Vogler pumps the pot and gets one player to call. The flop comes king high and Vogler moves all-in, an over bet for the pot size.
His opponent calls and is bad shape with KQ, dusting off 17k to Vogler when the aces hold.
